Hard reset Tilt now having trouble getting GPS signal

I hard reset my tilt and then soft reset so the bloatware wouldn't install, now I am having problems getting a GPS signal with Window live maps thing. I tried changing the GPS to intermediate driver and com4, both won't pickup a signal, any ideas?

You are close to a window, right?
Also, try launching QuickGPS under Program|Tools. But since you skipped loading the AT&T stuff I'm not sure if QuickGPS is still there.
