I want to sync my RAZR v3M to a Vista computer and add MP3s into the media player. However WMP 10 isn't compatible with Vista.

Any help would be great.

You should be able to sync it with WMP 11; it will show up as a removable device, as long as it shows up as a removable device in my computer, as well.
