Touch GPS "remember route"

Hi
I have a Touch and tomtom6 on it, and it works fine.
But, I would like a program that can remember a route. I want to use it so when I run with my Touch and the gps it can remember the route and show me the route on a map when I come home.
Anyone who knows such a program?
