Gzone Type V Does anyone have....

I have a Casio Gzone Type V (vzw) phone and for some reason when i watch VCast Videos or receive/send pix messages it will occassionaly crash. Not at the same time or on the same video every time, does anyone have this phone, and have you experienced this crashing is there a fix that anyone knows of VZW says they are not aware of this problem. Current software Ver. V9200M12 as up to date as Verizon has.

This has not happened during any phone(voice) calls not certain but does not appear to happen in 1X only areas, ie pix messages there. It seems to me like it's a hardware / memory issue or software issue thats quite random I have not used much mobile web but it has not happened there or while browsing the menus, though while loading the Vcast main page it did once.

Any ideas anyone? seems like im practically the only one with this phone.
