My tilt has been doing something weird. Sometimes when I close out of an application, the touch screen wont work. Then I can Scroll around with the key pad but the buttons wont work and I cant open anything up. I then have to do a soft-reset. Anyone else experiencing this? Also when on a phone call the screen goes blank and I have to hit a button to wake up the device. I cant remember if this is a normal thing or not. I thought on my 6700 that the screen stayed on, but just dimmed a bit. I'm so used to my iPhone when you pull it away from your face the screen just wakes up.

I'm using the HTC version, but don't have the freezing. It might have to do with a program you installed? As for the screen off, you can change it with a registry hack and it's also fixed for the next firmware (which isn't out yet).

\HKLM\Drivers\BuiltIn\RIL\EnableFastDormantDisplay DuringCall

Set it to 0 instead of 1.

Have you 1) installed any today screen software?

2) installed that software to your storage card?

if so, uninstall it and reinstall it to the primary device.
