WELL, I am not one of those dumb newbies who is going to be given a white space and the word "search" above it, but I have to head to work pretty soon and i need some sleep
and, I have to make a purchase tomorrow with suncom and they don't exactly have the greatest selection of cell phones.
while i am open to other options I am looking at the above, Should I get the "K-Jam" or the "Excalibur." (the fact that I am posting here is an indication of which one I think I will be getting. Kind of a trick to get reinforcement.
Also, since I will most likely have to tackle this massive and incredible site you all have going here, I will tell you a little bit about myself so you can advise if you are so inclined:
1) My fiance is in Japan and my only phone is my cell phone. So having reliable phone service and something that sounds excellent is top priority.
2) I will soon be a teacher. So I need something that will work well with organizing deadlines and appointments
3) on that same note I would need something that I might be able to take a quick note like "remember to check Jenny's permission slip tommorow"
And a few questions I was wondering about:
1) I read on a cnet review that if you are browsing the internet phone calls will automatically go to your voicemail. Will I really miss all of my phone calls while browsing the web?
2) I don't need details on this right now, but the guy at suncom told me that getting WM6 is like 100 bucks? it comes with 5, and I understand that he is incorrect and it is not to terribly difficult to get the WM6 with the HTC branded Excalibur. But some confirmation specifically directed to me on that would be great before I make the purchase.
3) Thats about it. So...I must be forgetting some important questions, what else should I be asking?
4) when is your brithday?
got to give you one of these when it rolls around.

i dunno bout the kjam but i had the excalibur with tmobile.
when using the net, phone calls came in fine
the upgrade to wm6 is free through tmobile, and from what i understand all new excaliburs should have wm6 preloaded on them? if not, dont pay a cent for it, there are many places you can download it for free.
overall, i love the excalibur, was a great phone, good luck

well thanks for your words. I just bought the 621. So time to find 60 dollars worth of accessories and software before she arrives.
