New Live Search Bug (tilt specific)???

First..I did an extensive search and saw nothing dedicated to this issue. Also, I know live search is a general WM thing but it is happening with my tilt and I was wondering if it's just my device or this is truly a bug.

I downloaded the new version of Live Search....if i just leave the program running in the background,my Tilt freezes once it goes on standby. I then have to do a soft reset. Once or twice would be WM just being..WM. But this is happening every time I try and use the program and leave it open. btw, I did try it with gps tracking on and off so the gps is not the issue.

Anyone?

I have the same issue. Locks up my Tilt . Have to soft reset everytime.

I just tried this and my Tilt did not lock up. Hmm, I wonder what I'm doing differently.

This happens to my treo too, so it's not tilt specific.

Thanks for your feedback.
Leave live search running in the background after it has provided you search results (like restaurants....pizza...list of results). Then don't X out...just click start and today screen. Then let the device go on standby. May not happen right away...you may still wake it up...use the contacts...then go idle...it may freeze...who knows....may have to leave the program open for a few hrs.

I read on XDA that disabling the voice recognition feature seems to solve the problem. I tried it, and it seems to have done the trick for me.

this worked for me! awesome man... i was about to get disaapointed in ms live
