Anyone else have problems installing kaiser tweaks?

So I installed the unzipped file to my AT&T Tilt but when I open it, the program doesnt display text , only the letter R and letter F's where they would be placed in a sentence. very weird. anyone else have this problem? is it a font problem on my phone?
