Tilt Screen glare

Does anyone have any recommendations for a screen protector that will help cut down the glare. I have a real hard time seeing the tilt screen if there is any sunlight on it. Thanks.

thats not screen glare. the lcd is no transflective (?) so ita hard to read in sunlight. turning up the backlight to the max is all you can do.
