Is Windows Live available for AT&T Tilt?

Hello,

I just got my AT&T Tilt and I want to set up push mail for my Hotmail. I happen to have the premium Hotmail account that costs an annual fee. I've been researching on how to set this up, and the workaround seems to involve using Windows Live - however I cannot find it anywhere on this phone.

Can anyone please help me? This is a new AT&T Tilt out of the box....

There are a few threads at that site discussing Live on the Tilt. I'm running it and it works fine.
