Hi everyone I bought a Blackberry 8100 from my friend. However, it contains all of his contacts/messages/files.....So I'm wondering how can I MASTER CLEAR my phone?

Options >> security options >> general settings >> (hit the menu key) >> wipe handheld

Or you can type in the wrong password 10 times, but the way tramane suggested is a much quicker way

WIpe Handheld erase customer data but does not erase the applications or the handheld OS.

Not sure what a MASTER CLEAR is, anyway.
