Is there anyway to get the call log app or phone listing to display more than 20 calls? I am not running low on memory.

On the 8703e (hopefully the same or similar for ther devices)...
Depending on what options you have set, all calls get logged to the message log. The phone log only shows 20. Go to the message log, and hit <alt>i for incoming and <alt>o for outgoing, and you'll see everything (up to some limit I suppose).

On my Curve:
Alt+Q is the phone call log.
Alt+I is incoming messages and calls.
Alt+O is outgoing messages and calls.
Alt+S is SMS messaging.
Alt+V is voicemail.
Alt+M is MMS messaging.

Hitting the return key in any of these will return you to the full message list.
