Old Q for w810i please help

Can anyone point me in the right direction to enhance my earpiece volume for my Cingular w810i. Im not phone tech savvy so dumb it down for me. Any help would be appreciated.

Everything you need in one quick and easy tutorial. I used it on my formerly cingular branded w810i and now have a loud phone and some really cool flash menus plus the ability to use full length mp3's as ringtones. It even puts all the necessary files into your other folder so you can change out and expirement with whichever drivers you choose without having to flash the phone every time.
