I don't have the same problems and mine hasn't crashed since I upgraded to WM6

although i am no Alabama fan i have to agree with rolltide, into the arms of the tigers, but I have had the wm6 upgrade for my treo 750 and i don't experience any of the things you mention. Hasn't crashed since the leaked version has been installed. try reinstalling the wm6 it might help or just wait apparently the official At&t version should be out soon (I hope, come on already)

Tethering works fine via Bluetooth for me. (I think that's the only way to tether if you're using Vista)

Works fine for me also using USB cable and XP PRO
