Cricket Koi data cable issues

So I ordered an "OEM" cable off of EBay and I got it and the part number on it is TXDTA10102 and the plug is too small to fit into/over the pins inside the data port on the Koi. I emailed the seller and he said he's sold hundreds of these cables to people and this is the first one that hasn't fit. Does anyone have ANY ideas because I'm at a loss and I can't find any solid info on which cable I need or whatnot. Thanks. I'll post pictures of the cable next to the port if anyone would like.
