cingular/att mms settings for off brand phone

I work for a mobile phone company and recieved one of their test phones when my nokia broke. Its an Info Sonics Verykool. Does anyone have any general settings i can put into this phone to access mms and gprs for cingular/att? All i need is a homepage, ip address, user name, password.
