Best SMS Threading program for WM6?

Simple Q, what's the best sms threading program for WM6, I have IMSMS now, and am getting easily frustrated with it, and I had SMS Threader on my WM5 8125, and liked it, but what else is out there?

The palm threaded app is pretty good. I'm not on the Tilt yet but except for some quirks and not working with MMS it's great on a Sprint PPC-6800. (MMS is a known Sprint thing; the quirks are like the program staring up on its own at random).

palm. i have it on the tilt and it works great except spb mobile shell's now screen does not correctly report new texts right away. it will show up then go back to 0 new texts. also, i have yet to figure out how to get my notification sounds back.

I believe PocketCM can thread messages.

What cab installer did you use? So far all I can find are ones that require several workarounds to get MMS working with outlook again as well as other problems.

Thanks

I find PocketCM the best, especially since it doesn't create its own proprietary database to store the SMS's.

PocketCM doesn't work with SIM contacts, correct? Reason I ask is because I don't want to mix my Outlook contacts for work with my personal contacts (friends etc) so I keep my personal contacts on the SIM card so they don't get synched into Outlook.

i downloaded the palm threaded sms program from xda. it works just like it did with my treo 750. also works well with the HTC home and also recognizes sim contacts. text notifications come up just like the treo as well.

For some odd reason, most of my SIM contacts show up in PocketCM, even though they're apparently not supposed to. However, why do you keep them only on your SIM? If you just added group tags to them, you could still keep them separate.

blowfish i didnt know that you could do that. would that stop my personal contacts from being synchronized with my work exchange server? although if it does work with sim contacts that would be good too

I'm not exactly sure about the personal contacts being synced, with exchange server, would need to look into that. However, in each contact there is an option labeled "Category". You can specify Business or Personal or create your own tags. Once you assign your contacts to various categories, you can then choose to view by "Filter" under menu in default contacts manager, or you can do the same in PocketCM. In either program it will only show contacts of the specified category. It's very convenient.

Thanks Blowfish, I see that option now. I never went exploring through those option menus. Let me synch this to my Exchange server and see if it gets picked up in desktop Outlook. If not that would be great!

Another vote for PocketCM. It's super sexy

I love the pocket cm threader, but dislike that it won't read my sim contacts.

Does the Palm threaded SMS program have an option to export the messages to the memory card?
