Wi-Fi Interferes My Internet

ISP: BellSouth (1.5mb down, 256k up)
I had to disable the "Wireless" security so that my iPhone can connect on the wi-fi network. The problem arises when the wifi connectivity drops and switches to Edge, at the same time my internet on my PC loses connection.
I pinpointed the problem to my iPhone. When iPhone's wifi is off, it doesn't interfere with my internet.

I have no problem with WiFi on my 2 pcs and iPhone at the same time
It could be your cheap router based on I never heard/seen that brand before
