I also downloaded and installed the 32-bit drivers from the Motodev site for XP/Vista. I hooked up the phone and synced it with Windows Media Player but none of the files can transfer. It will either stop in the middle of transfering and nothing else will happen or an error will occur saying that the music file must be moved to the harddrive, added to the library, and then synced with the device. However, Windows Media Player can still play my music files and they're already in the library. The only problem is transfering them to the phone. The only difference from the time I did not have the drivers is that the phone will not boot up like it did before. So when I get an error, the phone will continue to be running and won't reboot. |

If WMP is an issue why not just copy the files to the phone using drag and drop in Windows Explorer? Why go through WMP if it keeps hanging? Just treat the phone as a USB flash memory stick if you have the correct Moto drivers installed.
