i just wanted to know if it is possible to change the look on a w810's walkman menu. if it is possible, how?

Yes you can actually. I'm not to sure of your knowledge of modding the w810i.

But you will need to patch it first with a sysgfx patch. This will modify your firmware to allow you to upload your own graphics to replace the oem graphics. You can replace icons, mediaplayer skin, radio skin, menu icons.

I get all the stuff for modding from SE-NSE.

Plenty of information there, so be prepared to do some reading.
