Whenever I try and play anything on my windows media it says "no combination of intermediate filters could be found to make the connection." Any ideas?

If I do a hard reset can i use one of my back ups to go back without putting the same problem back on the phone? Or would i have to reinstall everything?

you say any media the question is what file types? and what are you trying to play it with? what is your default media player?

I am trying to play mp3's or videos taken on my phone with windows media player. It won't play any kind of file.

ok so i uninstalled pocketmusic player and now i can play mp3's but still nothing else in windows media player. Yes i did a soft reset.

It wont play wav files or video files. I also have pocket tv to play stuff and even that program has a error. Pockettv says it can't find the file i am trying to play.
