Need help choosing my next phone!!!

I am in possession of three phones right now but can only afford to keep 1 of them, the other 2 will be sold off. I need some help deciding on what phone to keep. The choices are n73, e61i or u600.
The N73 i've been using for a while now and while i love the camera and OS I'm getting a little bored with it, it seems over time I use the camera less and less. Also, I do not use a data plan so internet browsing is too expensive.
The e61i i just received and love the wifi but am having trouble dealing with the width, its nice and thin but when held in the hand it seems large, and even worse when held to the ear for phone calls.
The u600 is actually on the way and looks wise seems to be my best bet, i'm just wondering if i could leave s60 for samsung.. any thoughts?
