Looking for new Quadphone - Any Advice???

Hi I'd really appreciate a recommendation for a Quadphone. I am travelling a lot between Europe and the U.S. I am currently with Cingular but will be looking to purchase an unlocked phone.
Things important to me:

good signal
Good battery _ long talk time and Stand by
clear reception
bluetooth
Low SAR rating
easy texting
internet capable
Not too bulky of a phone
Own currently a flip phone and would like either flip or slider phone, but that is not the most important aspect.

I don't need music and a decent camera would be a bonus.
A reasonable price would be great as well. (below $200)

Thanks for any recommendations. I will probably search ebay.

You can get either an unlocked KRZR K1 or RAZR V3i for $169 directly from Motorola. Add to cart and enter coupon code PASS_15287 to get for $169. I think shipping is still free too. I doubt you can come close to that price on ebay.
