Rather urgent ERP question

Right to the chase. I'm a former employee. I've been sitting on my ERP lines, because who wouldn't? Yesterday I get a voicemail from ATT, they're going to disconnect my phones unless i call cust service today to get the plans changed to consumer plans. I call cust service, of course they say "it's an ERP plan, we can't touch it. Go to the ERP website."

which is fine if i am still employed and have access to said website.

I know that somewhere on the ERP website or on the CSP there are email addresses for the ERP support teams. I need one of those email addresses ASAP so i can keep my phones from disconnecting. ANybody care to share? pm me if you don't want to post it here.

I know, I know, i should have taken care of this before i left. no need to flame so early in the morning, before you get started.

never mind. guessed several times, and finally one worked.

Actually, your manager should have taken care of this for you by sending a message to central erp to change the account to a consumer plan.

Per csp and the erp website, CS can change the rate plan to a consumer account but they need to have a manager change the account indicator from an erp to a consumer account. I have done it only one time in the time that I have worked for cingular/at&t.
