Help! krzr says it's syncing but it isn't!

First of all this is what I'm using and it had been working fine:
Motorola KRZR k1m
Apple Macbook
iSync
Ok so this is what's going on. I edited all my contacts to how I wanted them in Address Book and then synced with my KRZR (which worked fine) the only catch was that I ended up with a lot of double contacts resulting from modifying names.
To attempt to fix this I wiped all the contacts I had stored in my phone and then attempted to sync with iSync again to get all the contacts I have on the computer back onto my phone.
It pairs up fine and says it's syncing but doesn't actually send any contacts to the phone.
How the heck can I fix this!?
