Need Help with Razr V3m Micro sd Problem

i have a razr v3m from uscc and i just recently bought a micro sd card which, Toshiba 1 GB from office max... i put the card in formatted everything, it was working good... then i took out the micro sd card because i was going to use it for something.. when i put the micro sd card back in my razr v3m.. my phone started to work really slowly! then when i tried to format it it wouldnt format it... also, my friend has a v3m from uscc too.. and i tried it in his phone and it worked perfectly.. please i need ure help!!
