there a difference between the at&t tilt and the htc tytn II? or just the simple fact of the name?

The TyTn II is the unbranded/unlocked phone. It sports a front camera and generally (I have read where some did and some didn't) came with a disc for TomTom Navigation (one free Map). It has the Today screen most Tilt users install. It doesn't have the bloatware AT&T shoved on the Tilt. The TyTn II costs more than double (maybe triple?) than the Tilt. The processor is the same....the memory is the same.

so would getting the tilt and just unlocking that, would that be the best option?
