I just picked up an AT&T tilt. It's my first smart phone, and I must say, this thing is cool! What kind of software could make it better? I hear a lot about roms (is that all-new software, or an overlay running over the windows???).

What about getting the HTC touch software, is that possible???

Obviously I should pick up google maps... But anything else???

kaiser tweak, htc home plugin , htc touch dialer, htc power management are all awesome tweaks for the phone and really help it. just google the names i dont have any locations for download right now.
