Anyone having low volume issue after unlocking iphone??

I have noticed the the volume seems low even when it is turned up to full when on a cell phone call. Is this due to unlocking or is the volume on the iphone just low in general?

I'm having the same problem since upgrading to 1.1.1
Volume is so low I can't hear a thing! And it's turned up high
