Help...about Diego 3.09 and nokia 6265i

i finally found a diego that actually installed correctly on my pc and its version is 3.09. got my CA-53 cable and my 6265i pluged in. by the way the diego is properly cracked too. and then the status says no phone found.....Can someone plz help me out?
