weird thing that happened to me last night + a small request

last night my mogul played a small sound and notified me that the clcok was turned back an hour. a whole day before it was actually supposed to do so, also I found out that the ringtone was reverted back to the default ringer and on top of all that the mms app I had installed was no longer an option to choose from even though I saw the app in the remove programs list.
has anyone had this happen to you?
also im looking for an app similar to ccleaner.com for wm so I can clear our older unused files. can anyone help out?

Haven't heard about the problem with the time, but a descent app similar to ccleaner (which I love) is memmaid.
