Hi everyone!

Just wondering which browser transfer the lest data? I have a small amount of data on Rogers network atm, and need to know which will cost me the less

I try it myself today, it seem that BB browser transfer more Kb than opera mini in its mobile mode... And on opera's page it claim that it uses less data

Is this true? That's all I want to know. Thx

If you set Opera Mini to use "mobile view," it should use less data, because all content is first optimized for mobile devices via Operas proxy servers before it's sent to your device. I've never actually compared the two, however.

Opera it self uses less data than the BB browser by far. It is also a lot faster and just an overall better browser than the BB one.

Is there a link for Opera. This was good enough to replace IE Mobile on the new GSM MotoQ 9h. I have yet to hear anything bad about this browser.

I prefer using Opera over the BB browser. From my comparisons, Opera transfers less kb's. And it's less confusing when it loads up a page because it's true to the desktop version.

After extensive use of both the BB browser and Opera Mini, I find that each of them have their pros and cons. I tend to use them both for their respective strengths.

Thanks guys

I now ues Operamini as main browser
However there is one thing I foundout is that BB Browser is much faster loading up pages, like a good 3-5 second faster
