I just received my new Dell PC (Windows Vista, if it matters) and would like to "migrate" my iPhone without erasing and starting from scratch. I will be setting up Outlook for PIM mangament, and all my media files are on the external drive.

Any tips?

If the same files exist, same playlist etc... it will just sync up. Otherwise it will wipe and re-sync.

Just make all the samethings as the other iTunes and it will sync exactly the same.

Okay. I just recently did this, and I can give you a few tips.

#1 Anything pertaining to outlook will remain intact.
#2 In your music directory, copy the iTunes folder.
#3 When you re-add everything to your new PC, maintain your folder structure.

For example if your music folder is called My Music on PC A then it should be named the same on PC B
