i just got a 3125 and the ringtone is soooo quiet! is there an application i can download that will increase the volume? also, are there any good sites that have links to applications for this phone?

This is on full volume? Did you try soft rebooting the phone and see if it gets louder? My 3125 sometimes has problems and the ringtone will go so quiet that I have to soft reboot to fix the issue.
