Hangin' on to see if the pre-Xmas rush brings a tweak to the iPhone line.

In order of importance (only to me as a wanna-be user):

1) 3-way tie -- Flush-mounted headphone jack, min 16 gigs and replaceable battery (not holding my breath on the latter)

2) tie again; 3G, 30 fps video camera function; Cut & paste

4) MMS

5) SD slot

6) Rubberized bezel ring finish (lose the chrome) or at least make it black like the iPod Touch

Jeeeese!! Give it up already. Jobs/Apple could give a rats tuckus what we want. Just be happy you can make a phone call on the darn thing. We all should've read the fine print (according to all the fanboys/girls on this site.) Shame on us for expecting what has come to be known as 'standard' features on even free phones. Stop hoping, complaining and expecting. It won't happen anytime soon! I'm looking forward to Feb. when the third party apps show up, because I'll bet the farm that we'll get more from them then we can ever expect to get from Apple. All Jobs & Co. seem to do is hint at "future updates".

Yeah, Jobs, we get it, the phone can be updated with new functionality with a software update. Woo Hoo!! Well how about doing it??????

3G, usable speakerphone, voice activated dialing, MMS, copy/paste, password keeper. Just the usual features to be expected for a phone in 2008. Let's see if Apple is up to the challenge that has already been met by almost all other cell phone companies.

Dude mellow out we've spent over 600$ on these things i think we are entitled to our own opinions

16GB and MMS for me. GPS (built-in or bluetooth GPS cupport) would be nice too, but it's just a bonus.
