What CellOne and JP (and now me) are complaining about is the utter stupidity and waste that is AT&T's marketing department. We throw away enough paper, cardboard, brochures and other junk to fill an airplane hangar for Pete's sake. If they would just use their heads and send only the stuff we need (and for the love of God get somebody to PROOFREAD this stuff BEFORE they go to print), maybe they wouldn't have to screw us out of commissions, or dare I say, charge an "upgrade fee." But that's a debate for another thread... |
