I recently updated Xpress Mail on Friday around 3:07 PST and my phone gave me a message saying that it would need to reset. So I tapped OK and then my phone instantly shutoff in a rather unorthodox way. When it starts up again, there were no text messages in any of my folders. They were all gone. I kept getting messages about an hour later stating that my phone could not start Xpress Mail and messages like that. Then my phone received one last message about the aforementioned message and freezes. I managed to restart my phone- well sorta. When I turn it on, the red codes show, then disappear and that screen doesn't change and the green light at the top stays green. Can anyone help?
