Syncing issue with 2 iPhones, same PC

Me and my Wife both have iphones and when she syncs
after I do on the same PC, it syncs all my stuff onto
her iphone. IS there a way to set each iphone separatly
so that this doesn't happen anymore?

We (wife and I) had same deal,

Set up a user acct for your wife and have her log in and sync her phone...
