anyone have any idea how to change your answer tone on a cou line thats an iphone? i cant figure it out. i changed it to a song that is annoying the hell out of me when i had my blackberry, but now on my iphone i dont think i can change it!

any ideas?

answer tones have nothing to do with what kind of phone you have.. its network based.... goto the website and look up answer tones. you'll log in then u can manage them online, or goto media net.

but its a COU line... how do i log in? The account isnt in my name, it would be in as cingular wireless... thats why i am confused. plus the iphone doesnt have medianet

lol of course not. our boss/trainer told us to add every possible option to our line so that when customers call or ask about your phone, you already have the option added and can explain how to get it.

so by me having a answertone, when a customer calls, they can ask me about it! it sells trust me. you can do as much as you want on your phone as long as you dont buy like 100+ in things a month. your ok
