Firmware Flash -- What Can Be Restored

I'm about to get VirtualDynamixed. Gonna saddle up in the car and drive down to see them -- again.

After the firmware upgrade I'm not looking forward to reinstalling everything and, as most of us have discussed, it's better not to do a restore over a new firmware.

I believe, however, that some have posted that they merely restored bookmarks (Opera's as well as the built-in's?). If so, I'm wondering how to restore individual files. I suppose they can be copied (as opposed to literally backed up using Sony's software) from My P800. If so, what files are they?

In addition to bookmarks, I'm wondering if all my Internet Connections -- GPRS, WAP, etc. can individually be restored as well.

New firmware's great. An hour or two re-doing the phone -- well, if I must. (I've done it before!
