Help!plzzz

i jus downloaded 2 themes from ownskins.com but now i need more room on my phone, but when i try to delete them...well i cant. in the help menu it says to scroll to the theme and click "C" and i did that, but nothing is happening. i scrolled through all of the options and everything. if anyone knows what to do please help me...thanx
