Two things I'd really like to have on the iPhone are:

1) Simple RESTART button icon. I don't know how the commands work on this here Apple, but I know it's easy on WinMo. As much as I'm restarting this thing, I don't want to wear out the power button in 2 months.

2) Vibrate/Ring toggle icon. I have a revo iSkin case, and the toggle switch is hard to activate. It'd be great to just touch an icon on the homescreen to change between the two.

I've got a few bucks for any developer that can do this.

Your fault for getting that skin haha

anyways, all I'm really looking for is an app that will allow you to open Office file docs ie. word and powerpoint

Regarding my first request, SysInfo from the installer app can reset the device. I wanted just a simple button to push, but this will work indefinitely.

As to the vibrate thing...I'd be grrrrrreat (As said by Tony the Tiger).

I'm guessing you mean edit word docs? If they're in your email, you can open them (at least for Word).
