Upgrading to 1.1.1

I apologize if this has been asked already but I have read many posts and searched but I don't want to make a mistake and I am not exactly sure what to do. I have a 1.0.2 iphone that was unlocked with ibrickr v 0.8 and unlock.pxl. I want to upgrade to 1.1.1 and have purchased a iphonesimfree licence but I'm not sure what the right order to perform and what software to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you need to virginize your phone, and upgrade to 1.1.1 - From there you can jailbreak, activate and unlock your phone.
