A few important questions about selling sidekick iD to friend!!

Hello All,

I have decide to sell my sidekick iD to a friend of mine. And i came up with a few questions.

Note before i ask: I have a PREPAID SIM CARD, and its staying with me. Im not including it with the sidekick.

First one being:
The games, ringtones and backgrounds i bought and downloaded from the download catalog, do they stay with the sidekick? So if i give them the sidekick WITHOUT the sim they have it?

Second question being: Sidekicks have the destkop interface where all contacts are synched. When i remove my sim card and unlock the sidekick for the other user to register, will i still have all my contacts?

I think there was more but I'm not too sure of what they were.
Can anybody ligthen me up here?

They will stay with it untill:
1. The SK battery dies
2. Your friend activates the SK plan on it.

As long as you have the SK data plan. if you remove it. i think you have access to it for about 3 months.

Hmm so about the contacts I'm not too worried about. Since I know i will have the SK Data Plan on prepaid for a while (getting the slide tomorrow)

But in other words, if my friends put their prepaid sim card and activates the sidekick on their togo account the games and everything dissappear?
