How do you change keypad tones????

I have searched and searched and to no avail!!!! I have downloaded some of the sound packs from installer like the "Mammacita" sound set and I see the numbers 1-9 voiced out but how the hell do I change the keypad tones???? I see that I can change it on Ibrikr but wtf am I missing here? I cant open the pxl file onto my pc and upload it from there....whatever! thanks for listening
