HELP! I can received calls, but can't make them?

Hi. I'm running 1.02 (JailBreak). For some weird reason after I installed some themes, I can't make any calls. I get the busy sound then it goes straight to call failed. Oddly enough I can still receive calls. Do I need to restore my phone? I tried resetting, but thats not working.

Silly question, but did you remove the themes?

Try restoring and re-unlocking
