hm it does seem to work now, guys i have a question, when it says that my trial has expired, what is a workaround? i mean what i do is i just register a new account.. right or is there an easier way?

Navizon.app on the iPhone does not expire. Thats the beauty of this service.
Mine also works great and has worked on 1.0.2 and 1.1.1 for me (I got it and registered when it was first released).

navizon isn't that great of a gps. it's always inaccurate on my phone. it shows me 500ft from my real location. I just thought it would be like a real time gps; but i guess not.

mine also suddenly said my trial expired. So I deleted it. Then Installer showed a new version. I downloaded that but it crashes at start up. I do like the app.

It all depends on where you live.

Navizon relies on users to improve the WiFi Faux-GPS so if you don't live in a large city, chances are it's not going to be accurate.

Just keep in mind that Navizon is NOT GPS via satelite but a "simple" WiFi/Cell Tower triangulator thus will never be as accurate as a proper GPS unit.

I live in NYC and it works amazingly good.
The best benefit for me is that it can locate me even under bridges, buildings, etc......something many satelite GPS units have issue with.

On my phone Navizon always says unable to localte cell/wifi. I do live in a large city (San Diego), and i've tried it many places.

WiFi must be on for Navizon to work, regardless whether you are connected to a network or not.

Make sure it's on and try a few times as it takes a few for first location.

Maybe I'm getting lucky here in NYC but I have 100% accuracy in Manhattan and about 80 in Brooklyn (where I live). It's never more off then a hundred feet which still helps as I can see the street name on the corner and compare it to where that is from where I am shown on Navizon.
