Question about virginizing iphone

I'm really interested in getting an Iphone. T he only thing that has kept me from purchasing the iphone is the fact that if I unlock it, apple will void the warranty. If I were to unlock the iphone and then send it back to apple after a year or so to replace the battery. Will virginizing my phone make the fact that I unlocked the iphone undetectable and then will apple honor my warranty?

Why even worry about this when it's so far into the future??!
Just buy an iPhone and ENJOY! simple as that haha
