I want to remove it, how will I do that safely with out a computer? I have SSH but the windows is a VM and the iPhone is not supported in application it runs in. I am on linux Ubuntu Feisty so if there are any solutions using that then tell me please.

Oh, I jailbreaked like a few weeks ago right before the more stable way to jailbreak was released. I just want it out and the integrated ssh that came with it, I like OpenSSH better.

There is no reason to remove it so just leave it be.
It neither takes a place on the SpringBoard nor makes itself known.

Okidokie. Hey by any chance so you know how to customize the arrangements on all the icons? I have looked everywhere but nothing. . .

Using you favorite iPhone browsing tool, go into ~System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app and download the M68AP.plist to your PC/Mac

Open it using a text editor and move everything from third party/extended to the main list. Leave the hidden ones hidden.
Save, place back to the above path and reboot the phone.

Now you can reorder all your apps using rSBT inside Customize.

Have fun
