A friend of mine just recently purchased a verizon wireless CDM-8945 (Made by UTStarcom). My question is is there a program that will allow me to connect her phone to my laptop and add ringtones? I thought about trying bitpim but I heard that they had some problems with Audiovox phones such as the 8940. And the 8945 was not on the supported device list. Any help concerning this or if u know of any interesting things u can do with this phone would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Man, I'm still trying to not destroy my PC trying to get the riners off of it! If you find a way let me know. I was able to transfer only the pics and video off the phone. I am having an issue when I do write video, pics and rings to it... they are ON the phone but do not show up in the menus. DOH! Small steps I suppose.

Ya I have to be especially careful, because it is not my phone but a friends, and i do not want to have to replace it.
